摘  要:针对水中石油沥青质含量的分析,采用丙酮与正庚烷体积比为1∶4作为萃取剂,选用紫外分光光度法进行了测定,对石油沥青质类标准曲线进行多次测定,其浓度值(X)与吸光度(A)具有良好的线性相关性,线性方程为:Y=0.0454X,相关系数r=0.9998,对不同浓度的石油沥青质标样测定,相对标准偏差在0.7%~4.2%;对纯水加标6.80mg/L的12次平行测定平均值为6.79mg/L,误差为-0.15%,该方法的精密度和准确度高,可对水中的石油类沥青质进行检测。For the analysis of the content of petroleum asphaltenes in water,the volume ratio of acetone:n-heptane=1∶4 was used as the extractant,and UV spectrophotometry was selected for the determination.The standard curve of petroleum asphaltenes was measured several times,and the concentration The value(X)and the absorbance(A)have a good linear correlation,the linear equation is:Y=0.0454X+0.0000,the correlation coefficient r=0.9998,the relative standard deviation is 0.7%~4.2% for the determination of petroleum asphaltene standard samples with different concentrations;the average value of 12 parallel determinations is 6.79mg·L^(-1) for the standard sample with 6.8mg·L^(-1),and the error is -0.15%.This method has high precision and accuracy,and can be used for petroleum asphaltenes in water analysis.
