摘  要:甘薯是精准扶贫产业脱贫和实施乡村振兴战略的首选作物之一,栽培面积不断增加,但长期进行无性繁殖,病毒病为害逐渐加重,种性退化、产量降低、品质变劣。利用植物细胞的全能性,对茎尖分生组织进行组织培养,获得不带病毒的试管苗进行快繁推广,是解决当前甘薯生产中病毒病发生严重,产量急剧下降,品质不断变劣的主要途径。经过薯类产业科技创新团队近几年对甘薯组织培养研究与生产实践,集成、创新出适宜当地的甘薯脱毒种苗繁育技术体系,对加快脱毒种苗繁殖速度,提高生产效率,提高甘薯产量和品质,增加薯农经济收入和精准扶贫产业脱贫及实施乡村振兴战略具有重要意义。Sweet potato is one of the preferred crops for the targeted poverty alleviation and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Even though the planting area of sweet potato is increasing,but the long-term asexual reproduction has caused the gradual aggravation of viral diseases,seed degradation,yield reduction and deteriorated quality.The totipotency of plant cells was used to conduct tissue culture of stem tip meristem,and the virus-free test tube seedlings was obtained for rapidly propagating,which is the main way to solve the serious occurrence of viral diseases in current sweet potato production,and to curb the sharp decline of yield and the continuous deterioration of quality.In recent years,science and technology innovation team in potato industry devoted to couducting research and production practice of sweet potato tissue culture,integrating and innovating technological system suitable to breeding of local virus-free sweet potato seedlings.This study is of great significance to speed up the seedling breeding,improve the production efficiency,yield and quality of sweet potato,increase potato growers’income,alleviate poverty and implement the rural revitalization strategy.
