摘  要:为了解决现有连续管钻井液压棘轮式定向器所存在的单次转向角度大、不可调及转向精度低等问题,设计了一种连续管钻井液压定向器,该工具以钻井液为驱动介质,在介质的压力变化下,通过内部结构使轴向运动转变为周向旋转,产生转向动作,且单次转向角度小,可进行控制,能更精确地进行井下定向工作。将设计结果做成实体样机进行室内试验,通过调整流量大小判断工具的运行可靠性以及整个系统运行的稳定程度,对于获取的数据进行分析及处理,最终得到所选择的工具运行参数与获取的性能数据之间的关系。结果表明,所设计的连续管钻井液压定向器的工具原理具有现场可行性,且单次转向角度小、可进行控制,能更精确地进行井下定向工作。In order to solve the problems of ratchet-type orientation tool for continuous pipe drilling such as too large single turning angle,being unadjustable and inferior orientation accuracy,a continuous pipe drilling hydraulic orientation tool is designed.The tool takes drilling fluid as the driving medium,and under the pressure change of the medium,the axial motion is transformed into a circular rotation through the internal structure,resulting in orientation action.Then the prototype is made for Laboratory testing.By adjusting the flow to judge the operation reliability of the tool and the stability of the whole system operation,analyzing and processing the obtained data,the relationship between the selected tool operating parameters and the performance data is finally obtained.The results show that the principle of the hydraulic orientation tool for continuous pipe drilling is feasible on site,and tool has advantages such as small single turning angle,being controllable and more accurate underground orientation.
