锤刃尺寸对管线钢冲击试验结果影响的探讨与分析

摘  要:为研究不同摆锤锤刃对冲击试验结果的影响,对X60和X80两种管线钢,分别使用8 mm和2 mm的冲击锤刃进行系列温度的冲击试验,得到韧脆转变曲线。对该曲线以及两种管线钢的示波冲击曲线和显微组织进行分析,结果表明:对管线钢冲击试样,8 mm摆锤锤刃比2 mm摆锤锤刃测得的吸收能量值高还是低,没有一定的结论,具体要看材料本身的韧性情况。对于研究的材料,冲击吸收能量在300 J以上时,8 mm摆锤锤刃比2 mm摆锤锤刃得到的吸收能量值高;冲击能量在300 J以下时,8 mm摆锤锤刃比2 mm摆锤锤刃得到的冲击吸收能量低。In order to study the effect of different pendulum blades on the impact test results,the ductile-brittle transition curves of X60 and X80 pipeline steels are obtained by series temperature impact tests with different impact hammer edge.The influence of hammer edge size on the impact test results of pipeline steel is obtained by analyzing the curve and the instrumented impact curves and microstructure of two pipeline steels.The results show that for the pipeline steel impact samples,whether the absorbed energy with 8 mm pendulum hammer blade is higher or lower than that by 2 mm pendulum hammer blade is no certain conclusion.It depends on the toughness of the material itself.For the material,the absorbed energy of 8mm pendulum hammer edge is higher than that of 2 mm pendulum hammer edge when the absorbed energy is above 300 J.When the impact energy is below 300 J,the impact absorption energy of the 8 mm pendulum hammer blade is lower than that of the 2 mm pendulum hammer blade.
