摘 要:为查明国内某油田集输管道用柔性复合管爆管失效原因,对现场失效及未失效位置管道进行取样并评价。通过失效管段的外观形貌、化学成分及物理性能检测等,分析引起其开裂失效的原因。对未失效管段进行静水压及爆破试验评价,分析其常规状态下承内压性能。为验证由于扭曲导致整管承压性能降低,在三种角度下(30°、60°和90°)开展扭转试验,分析管线扭转状态下的各功能层形貌,进而评价其承压性能。结果表明该柔性复合管失效原因主要是由于在安装前管道存在扭转应力,导致其承内压性能降低,当输送介质压力超过其承受值后导致整管爆裂。In order to find out the burst failure cause of the reinforced thermoplastic pipe(RTP)used in the ground gathering and transportation of an oil field in China,sampling and evaluation of the failure and the non-failure sections were carried out.Through the inspection of appearance morphology,chemical composition and physical properties of the failed pipe section,the reasons for its cracking and failure are analyzed.The hydrostatic and blasting test is carried out to analyze its internal pressure-bearing performance under normal conditions.In order to verify that the pressure-bearing performance of the entire pipe is reduced due to twisting,torsion tests are used at three angles(30°,60°and 90°)to analyze the morphology of each functional layer under the twisted state of the pipeline,and then to evaluate its pressure-bearing performance.The results show that the failure of the RTP is mainly due to the torsional stress of the pipe before installation.The torsion stress causes the reinforcement layer looseness to increase and the internal pressure-bearing performance to decrease,so that when the conveying medium pressure exceeds its withstand value,the entire pipe bursts.
