井径流量调校仪在油田注水工艺中的研究及应用

摘　　要：油田注水管柱的大小对注水流量的测量有较大影响,因此需要精确测量管柱的内径,用于注水流量的确定。井径流量调校仪自带井径测量、流量测量及注水工具开度调节等功能,可以实时测量管柱内径,用于补偿校正注水流量值,并且实时监测井下压力,根据需求调节注水工具的开度大小。井径流量调校仪可以精确测量油田注水流量,实现注水量精细调节。通过精细注水,可以更好地提高注水驱油的采收率,实现油田充分采油。Due to the size of water injection string having great influence on the measurement of water injection flow rate,it is necessary to actually measure the exact inner diameter of the string to determine the water injection flow.The well diameter and flow measuring instrument,with the functions of well diameter measurement,flow measurement and water injection tool opening adjustment,can compensate and correct the water injection flow value by measuring the inner diameter of the string in real-time,monitor underground pressure,and adjust opening size of water injection tool according to demand.It can accurately measure the flow rate of oilfield water injection and finely adjust the size of water injection.Through fine water injection,the waterflood recovery factor is significantly improved,and the oil recovery is fully achieved.
