摘 要:油田钻井过程中会发生卡钻事故,事故发生后,需要使用卡点指示仪来确定卡点的位置,为后续事故处理提供依据。但常用的锚式卡点指示仪操作较复杂,作业效率较低。新一代哈里伯顿卡点指示仪(HFPT)依据全新的测量原理,通过探测和对比磁化后的钻具在受到提拉力或扭矩作用前后的磁场状态变化来判断井下钻具卡点的位置,为卡点测量提供了一种新的方法。通过实际作业检验,利用该仪器能够高效准确地确定卡点的位置,相比于常用的锚式卡点指示仪,具有操作简单、作业效率高、测量数据直观准确等优点,可用于大斜度井。Pipe stuck accidents may occur during oilfield drilling.After the accident,it is necessary to use the free point indicator to determine the position of the stuck point to provide a basis for subsequent accident handling.However,the commonly used anchor free point indicator is more complicated and the efficient is low.The new generation Halliburton free point indicator(HFPT)uses a new measurement principle to determine the position of the downhole drill pipe stuck point by detecting and comparing the magnetic field changes before and after the magnetized drill pipe is subjected to stretch or torque.It provides a new method for stuck point measurement.Proved by actual operation,this tool can be used to determine the position of the stuck point more efficiently and accurately.Compared with the commonly used anchor type free point indicator,it has the advantages of simple and reliable operation,high operation efficiency,intuitive and accurate measurement data,and suitability to be used in highly deviated wells.
