摘  要:舰载武器设备的品种、功能日益增强,对设备状态精细化、智能化管理的要求逐渐提高。CAN总线,是一种多节点的通讯现场总线,它能适应较为复杂的周边环境,且可靠性较高。但受限于CAN总线带宽、舰载设备恶劣的电磁环境,通讯过程中不免遇到电磁干扰等问题,影响实时通讯。研究了影响CAN通讯的主要因素、CAN的可靠性定义,从硬件设计、硬件保护、软件优化三方面提出了提高CAN总线的可靠性方法,对舰载武器设备的CAN总线设计、可靠性提升具有重要意义。The variety and function of shipborne weapon equipments are enhanced day by day,which raises the requirements of refined and intelligent management to equipment state.CAN bus is a multi-node communication field bus,can adapt to complex surrounding environment and has high reliability.However,limited by the bandwidth of CAN bus and the harsh electromagnetic environment of shipborne equipments,the communication process is inevitably subject to electromagnetic interference,etc.,which will affect the real-time communication.This paper studies the main factors affecting CAN communication and the reliability definition of CAN,and puts forward the methods to improve the reliability of CAN bus from three aspects of hardware design,hardware protection and software optimization,which is of great significance to the design and reliability improvement of CAN bus for shipborne weapon equipment.
