摘　　要：电子设备在运输、使用过程中受到环境应力的作用而发生故障时有发生。采用金相切片检测技术和应变测试技术对某机载VPX模块的故障进行分析,完成故障定位与机理分析,并对改进后的设计进行验证,为同类模块设计提供参考。For the environment strain,the electronic equipment malfunctiones sometimes in the process of transporting and using.The paper uses the test technique of cross-section and strain measurement technique to analyze the fault of a certain airborne VPX module,completes the fault location and mechanism analysis,and verifies the improved design,which provides reference for similar module design.
