糖化白蛋白在糖尿病及其并发症中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：我国糖尿病控制情况不容乐观,高血糖会增加肾脏疾病、心脏病、脑卒中、下肢截肢和失明的发生风险。这些慢性并发症缩短了糖尿病患者的预期寿命,因此对糖尿病患者进行血糖监测,从而了解其血糖水平及其波动情况,进而调整治疗方案并尽早识别糖尿病慢性并发症是非常重要的。糖化白蛋白由于受影响因素少,可以提示短期血糖波动情况,近年来逐渐成为糖尿病患者血糖监测的另一项重要指标,并受到越来越多的关注。作为一种新兴的血糖监测指标,糖化白蛋白在糖尿病的筛查、妊娠糖尿病及糖尿病相关并发症中具有重要的意义。本文就糖化白蛋白在临床中的应用进行阐述。Objective Diabetes mellitus control situation is not optimistic in China,high blood glucose will increase the risk of kidney disease,heart disease,stroke and limb amputations and blindness.These chronic complications shorten the life expectancy of diabetes mellitus patients.Therefore,it is very important to monitor the blood glucose level and fluctuations of diabetes mellitus patients,so as to adjust the treatment plan and identify the chronic complications of diabetes mellitus as soon as possible.Glycated albumin,due to few factors affecting it,can indicate short-term blood glucose fluctuations.In recent years,it has gradually become another important indicator of blood glucose monitoring for diabetes mellitus patients and has received more and more attention.As an emerging blood glucose monitoring index,glycated albumin has important significance in the screening of diabetes mellitus,gestational diabetes mellitus and diabetes mellitus-related complications.In this paper,the clinical application value of glycated albumin is discussed.
