摘　　要：重视乡规民约在多元矛盾纠纷化解机制中的作用,既是对传统乡治经验的汲取,又是对当代“枫桥经验”的弘扬,同时也为多元解纷机制提供了更为丰富、有效的法治资源。乡规民约在实施过程中存在程序形式化、内容泛道德化、执行机制虚无化等诸多问题。因此,应当规范乡规民约的制定程序、完善乡规民约的内容,建立严格的奖惩机制和常态化执行机制,实现乡规民约和国家法的有机衔接,从而为多元化矛盾纠纷化解提供有效的制度支撑。Paying attention to the role of village regulations and folk conventions in the resolution of multiple conflicts and disputes is not only the absorption of tradition experience,but also the promotion of the contemporary"maple bridge experience",and it also provides a richer and more effective law resource for mechanism of resolution of multiple conflicts and disputes.There are many problems in the implementation process,such as formalization of procedures,pan-moralization of content and false implementation mechanism.It should standardize the procedure of making village regulations and folk conventions,complete the content of village regulations and folk conventions,and establish a strict mechanism of reward and punishment and normalized implementation mechanism to realize a organic connection between village regulations and folk conventions and the state law,and provide effective institutional support for the resolution of multiple conflicts and disputes.
