摘 要:以更好地了解近自然管理方式对于橡胶林土壤细菌的影响为目的,依据自然林核心理论建立一个1 hm 2的橡胶林固定样地进行近自然管理,通过四点采样法进行样品采集,运用土壤农业化学分析方法和基因测序,对土壤理化性质、微生物生物功能、细菌组成等进行实验分析,研究近自然管理后橡胶林土壤细菌群落的变化。结果显示:对橡胶林进行近自然管理后,土壤pH升高,土壤细菌中的酸杆菌门种类减少;橡胶林土壤细菌α多样性并未显著增加,但是在OUT水平上γ多样性(伽玛多样性)显著提高;雨季时近自然管理橡胶林土壤细菌γ多样性高于常规管理,旱季时则相反。研究表明:橡胶林进行近自然管理后土壤pH升高,从而改变了细菌群落的物种组成,细菌多样性提高。其研究结果可为橡胶林近自然管理方式下生物多样性的恢复提供理论依据。In this article,in order to better understand the impact of near-natural management on rubber plantation soil bacteria,a 1 hm 2 rubber plantation fixed sample plot was established for near-natural management based on the core theory of natural forests,and samples were taken through the four-point sampling method,using soil agricultural chemical analysis methods and gene sequencing to conduct experimental analysis on soil physical and chemical properties,microbial biological functions,bacterial composition,etc.,to study the changes in the soil bacterial community of rubber forests after close-to-natural management.The results showed that after the rubber plantation was under natural management,the pH of the soil increased and the number of acid bacteria in the soil bacteria decreased;the α of the soil bacteria in the rubber plantation didn’t increase significantly,but the γ(gamma diversity)increased significantly at the OTU level;theγof soil bacteria in rubber forests under close-to-natural management is higher than that under conventional management in the rainy season,and the opposite is true in the dry season.Conclusion:The soil pH increased after the rubber plantation was under natural management,which changed the species composition of the bacterial community and increased the bacterial diversity.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the restoration of biodiversity under the close-to-natural management of rubber forests.
