基于中医传承辅助系统分析名老中医刘宝厚治疗免疫球蛋白A肾病的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)分析全国名老中医刘宝厚教授治疗免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA肾病的用药规律。方法:收集全国名老中医刘宝厚教授甘肃中医药大学附属医院门诊治疗IgA肾病的首诊处方,采用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)构建处方数据库,采用用药频数分析、关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法进行数据分析。结果:对筛选出的150个处方进行分析,确定处方中各药物出现的频数,药物之间的关联规则,演化得到16个核心组合及新处方8个。结论:刘宝厚教授治疗IgA肾病在以标本兼治、祛邪安正为纲的基础上,配合祛湿、化瘀之品,共奏补肾健脾、益气养阴、祛风通络、清热利湿、及活血化瘀之功效。软件分析所得到的用药规律与刘宝厚教授的临证经验极其相符,值得推广应用。Objective:The prescription rules of famous TCM doctor Liu Baohou for treating IgA nephropathy were analyzed by TCM inheritance support system(V2.5).Methods:The first-diagnostic prescriptions for IgA nephropathy by Professor Liu Baohou were collected.The prescriptions database was constructed byTCM inheritance support system(V2.5).The medications frequency analysis,association rules,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other data mining methods were performed for data analysis.Results:150 prescriptions were screened out,and were analyzed to determine the occurrence frequency of each medicine,and the association rules among medicines in the prescriptions.16 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions were obtained finally.Conclusion:Treating IgA nephropathy by Professor Liu Baohou is based on treating both the symptoms and root causes,eliminating pathogens and resolving stasis as the key points,combing with products for removing dampness and removing blood stasis,thus playing the role of invigorating the kidney and spleen,replenishing Qi(气)and nourishing Yin(阴),removing Feng(风)and dredging collaterals,clearing heat and removing dampness,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The medication rules obtained by the software analysis are extremely consistent with Professor Liu Baohou’s clinical experience,and worthy of popularization and application.
