摘　　要：目的:探究吴澄的《不居集》中脾胃阴虚的用药规律。方法:将原文涉及脾阴的药物录入Excel文档中,再运用SPSS 21.0统计软件对数据进行系统聚类分析与SPSS Clementine 12.0统计软件进行关联规则分析从而得出用药规律,并且联系症状对用药规律进行分析。结果:吴澄用四君子汤、参苓白术散、理阴煎、中和理阴汤、理脾阴正方、资成汤、升补中和汤、理脾益营汤治疗脾阴虚证候,这说明吴澄继承了李东垣甘温健脾滋阴的学术思想,并且注重脾气的滋补。Objective:To study the medication rule of treatiny spleen-stomach Yin-deficiency syndrome(脾胃阴虚)in Buju Ji(《不居集》)by TCM master Wucheng.Methods:The medicines related to spleen-stomach Yin-deficiency were input into the Excel software.Then the data was systematically cluster analyzed by the SPSS 21.0 statistical software,and the association rules were analyzed by the SPSS Clementine 12.0 statistical software,in order to obtain the medication rules,and the medication rules were analyzed by combining with the symptoms.Results:The Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤),Shenling Baizhu San(参苓白术散),the Liyin decoction(理阴煎),the Zhonghe Liyin decoction(中和理阴汤),the Lipi Yinzheng decoction(理脾阴正方),the Zicheng decoction(资成汤),the Shengbu Zhonghe decoction(升补中和汤),and the Lipi Yiying decoction(理脾益营汤)were applied by Wucheng in clinic to treat spleen-stomach Yin-deficiency syndrome,which showed that Wucheng inherited Li Dongyuan’s academic thoughts,and pay attention to nourish Qi(气)of spleen.
