归脾汤治疗儿童系统性红斑狼疮脑病1例

摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮脑病是系统性红斑狼疮的中枢神经系统病变,通过分析1例归脾汤治疗狼疮性脑病所带来的失眠病例,总结辨证思路及对证方药,本医案患儿因各种因素出现思虑过度的情况,脾主思藏血,思虑过多伤脾,脾虚则致血不归脾;心主藏神生血,心伤则不能生血而致血少,从而导致失眠,故辨证为心脾两虚,中药采用"益气补血,健脾养心"为基本治疗原则,选方归脾汤加减治疗患儿失眠,临床取得较好疗效,以期为临床治疗狼疮脑病提供经验。Systemic lupus erythematosus encephalopathy is the central nervous system disease of systemic lupus erythematosus.Through the analysis of 1 case of insomnia caused by the treatment of lupus encephalopathy with the Guipi decoction(归脾汤),the thoughts on syndrome differentiation and the prescriptions for syndromes are summarized.The child in this medical record has excessive thoughts due to various factors.Pi(脾)governs Si(思)and stores blood,too much thinking hurts Pi,defeicency of Pi causes conducting blood not back to Pi.The heart stores the spirit and promoting blood.Blood is insufficient for heart was hurt,which leads to insomnia,so the syndrome of both defeicency of Xin-pi.Traditional Chinese medicine adopts the basic treatment principle of“benefiting Qi and nourishing blood,strengthening spleen and nourishing heart”.The selected prescription the Guipi decoction is modified to treat children with insomnia,and has achieved good clinical effects,to provide experience for the clinical treatment of lupus encephalopathy.
