中医滋补肝肾、益气活血法治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医滋补肝肾、益气活血法治疗髌骨软化症(Chondromalacia Patellae,CMP)的临床效果。方法:选择2018年12月-2019年10月在医院治疗的68例CMP患者,将所有患者按照均分为两组,各34例。对照组采取常规西药治疗方法,观察组采取中医滋补肝肾、益气活血法实施治疗。比较两组关节功能、疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果:实施治疗后,观察组Lysholm膝关节康复量表评分(Lysholm Knee Score Scale,LKSS)显著高于对照组,而且视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分显著低于对照组,总有效率、中医症状积分优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对CMP患者采取中医滋补肝肾、益气活血法治疗可有效改善关节功能,减轻疼痛症状。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Zibu Ganshen(滋补肝肾)and Yiqi Huoxue therapy(益气活血法)on CMP.Methods:68 CMP patients treated in the hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated by the Zibu Ganshen and Yiqi Huoxue therapy.Results:After the treatment,LKSS score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and VAS score was significantly lower than the control group.The total efficiency and the excellent and good rate of TCM symptom scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zibu Ganshen and Yiqi Huoxue therapy on CMP can effectively improve joint function and relieve pain symptoms.
