中西结合治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy,ICP)患者实施中西结合治疗的疗效。方法:择取2018年1月-2019年1月医院收治的60例ICP患者,将其随机分组研究,对照组30例实施西药治疗,研究组30例实施中西结合治疗,对照分析两组临床效果。结果:从生化指标来看,治疗前组间对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后研究组血胆汁酸(Total Bile Acid,TBA)水平、总胆红素(Total Bilirubin,TBIL)水平、直接胆红素(Direct Bilirubin,DBIL)水平、谷丙转氨酶(Alanine Aminotransferase,ALT)水平、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(Aspartate Aminotransferase,AST)水平均低于对照组,P<0.05;从瘙痒症状积分来看,治疗前组间对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后研究组积分低于对照组,P<0.05;从妊娠结局来看,研究组新生儿窒息发生率、胎儿窘迫发生率、羊水粪染发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对ICP患者实施中西结合治疗的疗效确切,可改善生化指标,减轻瘙痒症状,使妊娠结局得到改善,临床价值显著。Objective:To observe efficacy of the integrative medicine on ICP.Methods:60 patients with ICP admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups for study.The control group(30 cases)received western medicine,and the study group(30 cases)received the integrative medicine.Results:In terms of biochemical indicators,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the levels of TBA,TBIL,DBIL,ALT and AST in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).From the perspective of itch symptom score,there was no statistical difference between the groups before treatment,and the score in the study group was lower than the control group after treatment,P<0.05.From the perspective of pregnancy outcome,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress and amniotic fluid fecal contamination in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative medicine on ICP can improve biochemical indexes,relieve itching symptoms,and improve pregnancy outcome,with significant clinical value.
