健脑益智膏治疗心肾不交、气血不足型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探究健脑益智膏对心肾不交、气血不足型慢性疲劳综合征(Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,CFS)的临床疗效。方法:将80例心肾不交、气血不足型慢性综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组每天给予谷维素和维生素B1,治疗组在对照组的基础上加以服用健脑益智膏。治疗2个月后,评价两组的临床治疗效果,并比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、疲劳程度和疼痛程度的改变。结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组各项中医证候积分、疲劳评定量表评分、疲劳量表-14评分、视觉模拟评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组中上述各项积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脑益智膏能有效改善心肾不交、气血不足型CFS患者的临床症状,对该类患者具有良好临床疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Jiannao Yizhi ointment(健脑益智膏)on chronic fatigue syndrome with heart-kidney disharmony and deficiency of Qi-blood(气血).Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,40 cases in each.The control group was given oryzanol and vitamin B1,and the treatment group was the Jiannao Yizhi ointment more.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,FAI scale,FS-14 scale and VAS in the two groups were significantly improved,and those scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jiannao Yizhi ointment on chronic fatigue syndrome with heart-kidney disharmony and deficiency of Qi-blood shows a good effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
