刺络拔罐联合肿痛消膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察刺络拔罐联合肿痛消膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法:将68例急性痛风性关节炎患者按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组实施常规护理、健康宣教、饮食指导、应用常规药物治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用刺络拔罐联合肿痛消膏外敷治疗,刺络拔罐隔日执行1次,肿痛消膏外敷每日1次,连续7 d。治疗后第7天比较两组患者临床症状改善情况和血尿酸、C反应蛋白结果测定。结果:治疗后第7天观察组患者临床症状改善情况和疼痛评分、血尿酸、C反应蛋白测定结果均优于对照组;观察组总有效率94.12%(32/34),明显高于对照组76.47%(26/34),差异具有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论:刺络拔罐联合肿痛消膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著,能有效减轻临床症状,值得临床推广使用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the curative effect of blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with external application of Zhongtongxiao ointment(肿痛消膏外敷) in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods: 68 patients with acute gouty arthritis were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, health education, diet guidance and routine drug therapy. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the observation group was treated with blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with external application of Zhongtongxiao ointment, which was once every other day and once a day for 7 days respectively. Clinical symptom improvement and serum uric acid and C reactive protein were measured on the 7 th day after treatment. Results: On the 7 th day after treatment, the clinical symptom improvement and pain score, serum uric acid and C reactive protein in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%(32/34), which was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.47%(26/34)(all P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with external application of Zhongtongxiao ointment is remarkable in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis, it can alleviate the clinical symptom effectively, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
