半精纺羊毛/涤纶长丝包芯竹节纱的结构与性能

摘　　要：为了明晰半精纺羊毛包芯竹节纱的结构与性能,借助半精纺羊毛包覆涤纶长丝纺制包芯竹节纱。通过图像法和称重法分别测量竹节直径变化规律和竹节质量,并结合竹节与基纱的捻度分布,分析竹节与基纱的强力和耐磨性能变化规律。结果表明:竹节倍率恒定,所纺竹节长度越长,实际竹节倍率越接近设计竹节倍率;竹节长度与设计一致时,其竹节平均线密度低于设计竹节倍率所对应的线密度;在竹节倍率为1.5和2.0倍时,竹节强力随捻系数增大而增大,相同捻系数下较大的竹节倍率对应的竹节强力也较大,当竹节倍率增大至2.5倍时,竹节强力明显低于竹节倍率为1.5和2.0倍时的竹节强力;纱线耐磨性变化规律与纱线强力变化规律相似。In order to clarify the structure and properties of semi-worsted wool core-spun slub yarn,a semi-worsted wool and polyester filament core-spun slub yarn was made.The change rule of the diameter and weight of slub were measured by the image method and the weighing method,respectively.Combined with the twist distribution of the slub segment and the base yarn,the variation law of yarn strength and abrasion resistance of the slub and the base yarn were analyzed.The results show that when the ratio of slub is constant,the longer the length of slub,the closer the actual slub ratio is to the designed one.When the length of the slub conforms to the design,the average linear density of the slub is lower than the linear density corresponding to the design slub ratio.When the slub ratio is 1.5 and 2.0,the strength of slub is increased with the increase of twist coefficient.When the slub ratio is larger,the strength of slub is larger.When the slub ratio is increased to 2.5,the strength of slub is significantly lower than that of slub ratio is 1.5 and 2.0.The change law of yarn abrasion resistance is similar to that of yarn strength.
