摘 要:为了研究亚硫酸氢钠和亲水柔软剂对涤纶/羊毛混纺织物服用性能的影响,选用不同质量浓度的亚硫酸氢钠/尿素溶液和亲水柔软剂对织物进行整理,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、接触角测量仪、多功能电子织物强力仪和主观刺痒评价法对织物进行测试表征。结果表明:在亚硫酸氢钠质量浓度为30 g/L、尿素质量浓度为60 g/L、处理时间2 h、处理温度80℃的工艺条件下,羊毛鳞片基本溶解,织物刺痒感降低;再经过30 g/L亲水柔软剂整理后,织物刺痒感基本消失,接触角从142.2°下降到124.1°;红外光谱图表明织物分子结构未被破坏;处理后试样经纬向拉伸断裂强力下降,但撕破强力有所提高。In order to study the effect of sodium bisulfite and hydrophilic softener on the wearability of wool/polyester blended fabrics,different concentrations of sodium bisulfite/urea solution and hydrophilic softener were selected as finishing agents.And then the scanning electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),contact angle measuring instrument,multifunctional electronic fabric strength tester and subjective prickle evaluation method were used to test and characterize fabrics.The results show that with 30 g/L sodium bisulfite and 60 g/L urea for 2 h at 80℃,the scales of wool fiber are mostly dissolved,and the prickle of fabrics are obviously reduced.After further treated with 30 g/L hydrophilic softener,the prickle of fabrics nearly disappears,and the contact angle of fabrics decreases from 142.2°to 124.1°.The FTIR spectrum shows that the molecular structure of the fabric is not damaged after treatment,and the tensile breaking strength of the sample in the warp and weft directions decreases,but the tearing strength increases.
