摘 要:桑蚕丝作为高档面料深受广大消费者的青睐,但其悬垂性较差,接枝改性技术是克服该缺点的主要方法之一。采用N—羟甲基丙烯酰胺对桑蚕丝织物进行增重处理,结合正交试验和单因素试验得出最佳工艺为:N—羟甲基丙烯酰胺浓度2.625 mol/L,焙烘温度130℃,焙烘时间2 min,反应液pH值为3,增重率可达到40.53%,白度为48.86%,断裂强力为724 N。由红外光谱测试和X射线衍射试验确定接枝成功,对比整理前后织物的白度、断裂强力、毛细管效应来判断织物整理效果,提高桑蚕丝织物的悬垂性。得出:整理后织物的白度略有下降,毛细管效应略有提高,断裂强力明显提高。As a high-grade fabric,mulberry silk is favored by the majority of consumers,but it has the disadvantage of poor drape.Graft modification is one of the main methods to overcome this defect.In this paper,N—hydroxymethyl acrylamide was used for weight gain treatment of silk fabric.Combined with orthogonal test and single factor experiment,the best process was obtained as follows:The concentration of N—hydroxymethyl acrylamide was 2.625 mol/L,the baking temperature was 130℃,the baking time was 2 min,the pH value of the reaction solution was 3,the weight gain rate reached 40.53%,the whitness and breaking strength were 48.86%and 724 N,respectively.The success of grafting was determined by infrared spectrum test and X-ray diffraction experiment,the finishing effect was judged by comparing the whiteness of the fabric,breaking strength,capillary effect before and after finishing,the drape property of silk fabric was improved.It is found that the whiteness of the finished fabric decreases slightly,the capillary effect increases slightly,and the breaking strength increases obviously.
