摘 要:为满足人们对纺织品在功能性方面日益增多的要求,以不同整理剂制备的具有抗紫外线、杀菌和自清洁等功能的纺织品备受青睐。在众多无机功能整理剂中,TiO_(2)因无毒价低、化学性质稳定和耐光腐蚀性好被广泛关注。TiO_(2)对紫外线吸收能力强,在光照射下可生成光生空穴和表面活性中心。文章以TiO_(2)的光吸收特性和能带结构为基础,分析TiO_(2)使织物具有抗紫外线性能、抗菌性能、除甲醛性能、自清洁性能和隔热性能的机制,综述了近年来利用TiO_(2)对织物进行功能性整理的研究进展,并对未来的TiO_(2)在纺织品功能整理中的应用研究进行了展望。In view of the increased demand of functional,textiles with functions such as anti-ultraviolet,sterilization and self-cleaning etc.,and prepared with different finishing agents were favored,in which titanium dioxide had been widely concerned for its non-toxic,cheap,stable chemical properties,good light and corrosion resistance.Titanium dioxide can be activated under ultraviolet light irradiation,and then the photo-generated hole and surface-active center would be generated.Based on the optical absorption and band structure of titanium dioxide,mechanism of titanium dioxide in anti-ultraviolet,antibacterial properties,self-cleaning properties and heat insulation was analyzed.The application of titanium dioxide in functional finishing of textiles in recent years was reviewed and its future was prospected.
