摘  要:快速、定量和准确的凝血检测在一系列疾病防控中尤为重要,先进的血凝检测仪器对促进血凝检测技术的发展有着重要意义。本文开发了一种基于粘度传感的高频相移PQ-Sensor血凝传感仪,该仪器利用固定频率及被动激励相位测量的原理,采用基频100 MHz镀铝压电石英晶体研制而成,用于监测人体凝血功能。血液凝固过程中,由于纤维蛋白原的降解凝聚引起了血液粘度变化,该仪器响应信号呈阶梯状降低,展现了良好的传感性能。使用该仪器与Sysmex凝血分析仪分别监测了静脉血浆纤维蛋白原的含量,结果显示两组数据相关性一致(R2>0.954),同时表明该仪器具有检测限低、测量精度高、灵敏度好的优势,在临床和个人凝血功能监测中具有广阔的应用前景。The development of rapid, quantitative and accurate blood coagulation detection is particularly important in a range of disease prevention and control. Advanced blood coagulation detection instruments are of great significance to promote the development of blood coagulation detection technology. In this paper, a high frequency phase shift PQ-Sensor blood coagulation sensor based on viscosity sensing is developed, which utilizes the principles of fixed frequency and passive excitation phase measurement. It is developed using a base frequency of 100 MHz aluminum-plated piezoelectric quartz crystals and is used to monitor human blood coagulation function. In the process of blood coagulation, the instrument showed good sensing performance, and its response signal decreased step by step due to the change of blood viscosity caused by the degradation and condensation of fibrinogen. The content of intravenous plasma fibrinogen was monitored separately with the Sysmex blood coagulation analyzer and this instrument. The results show that the two sets of data are consistent in correlation(R2>0.954),which indicates that the instrument has the advantages of low detection limit, high measurement accuracy and good sensitivity, and promotes its wide application prospect in clinical and individual blood coagulation function monitoring.
