摘  要:为避免传统有线和无线扭矩测量系统因磨损导致精度变低以及电路庞杂、更换电池的不便,论证、设计和实验了一种无源无线扭矩测量系统。将箔式应变计栅丝方向与弾性轴圆柱面的母线呈45°或135°方向,每隔90°位置粘贴1片应变计,共粘贴4片组成全桥电路,联合NFC(近场通信)芯片和天线构成扭矩测量终端系统;利用读写控制端完成能量传输和数据交互,在PC端实时查看输出电压及扭矩的大小。对实验数据分析表明本系统具有良好的灵敏度、线性度、迟滞性、重复性以及很小的测量误差。本系统小巧简洁且不必安装电池,避免了传统扭矩测量方式的局限。In order to avoid the low accuracy of traditional wired and wireless torque measurement systems due to wear, as well as the inconvenience of complicated circuits and battery replacement, a passive wireless torque measurement system was demonstrated, designed and tested. The direction of the grid wire of the foil strain gauge and the bus bar of the elastic axis are 45° or 135°,and one strain gauge is pasted every 90°. A total of 4 pieces are pasted to form a full-bridge circuit, combined with NFC(Near Field Communication)The chip and antenna form a torque measurement terminal system;the read-write control terminal is used to complete energy transmission and data interaction, and the output voltage and torque can be viewed in real time on the PC terminal.The analysis of experimental data shows that the system has good sensitivity, linearity, hysteresis, repeatability and small measurement errors. The system is small and concise and does not need to install batteries, avoiding the limitations of traditional torque measurement methods.
