摘　　要：为满足皮革生产企业自动化生产需求,根据某皮革企业实际生产情况及对皮革自动码垛的技术要求,开展了一种新型码垛装置的研发工作。码垛装置基于摆动式原理,设计了本体方案、末端执行机构,选用西门子S7-300 PLC控制系统,并选用西门子TP270系列,完成了人机界面的软件开发工作。经企业使用,该装置的性能稳定可靠、效率高,解决了皮革自动码垛等关键问题,达到企业要求的主要性能指标,在降低企业生产成本、提高产量等方面具有重要的现实意义。In order to meet the automatic production needs of leather production enterprises, according to the actual production situation of a leather enterprise and the technical requirements of automatic stacking of leather, a new stacking device was developed. Based on the swinging principle of stacking device, the ontology scheme and end-effector are designed. Siemens S7-300 PLC control system and Siemens TP270 series are selected to complete the software development of man-machine interface. After the use of enterprises, the performance of the device is stable and reliable, and the efficiency is high. It solves the key problems of automatic stacking of leather and achieves the main performance indexes required by enterprises. It has important practical significance for reducing the production cost and increasing the output of enterprises.
