摘  要:氮肥厂吹风气余热回收系统利用静电除尘器处理系统排出的高温、低尘的烟气,实现了烟气的净化,达到环境排放要求。本文介绍吹风气余热回收系统静电除尘器设计的思路和特点,以及在湖北某大型化工企业氮肥厂的应用情况。With the adventage of higher temperature, low-dust and more viscous flue gas of electrostatic precipitator, the air blown gas residual heat recovery system of nitrogenous fertilizer plant, which adopted the ammonium bicarbonate to urea retrofiting project, has implemented the flue gas purification and met the environmental discharge requirements. This paper introduces the design idea and characteristics of electrostatic precipitator of blow air waste heat recovery system, and its application in a nitrogen fertilizer plant of a large chemical enterprise in Hubei Province.
