摘　　要：目的探讨散结镇痛胶囊联合中药外敷治疗痛经的临床效果。方法选择2016年8月—2019年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第908医院鹰潭医疗区收治的92例痛经患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组给予散结镇痛胶囊联合中药外敷治疗。比较2组患者的前列腺素E_(2)α(Prostaglandin E_(2)α,PGE_(2)α)、前列腺素E_(2)(Prostaglandin E_(2),PGE_(2))、孕酮(Progesterone,P)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E_(2))、中医证候积分、疼痛时间及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗后的PGE_(2)α、E_(2)低于对照组,PGE_(2)、P水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的中医证候积分低于对照组,疼痛时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论散结镇痛胶囊联合中药外敷治疗痛经,能调节患者的前列腺素和血清性激素水平,改善临床症状,缩短疼痛时间,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.Methods 92 cases of dysmenorrhea patients in 908 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from August 2016 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=46)and the observation group(n=46)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The prostaglandin and serum sex hormone levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared Symptom score,pain time and adverse reactions.Results The levels of PGE_(2)αand E_(2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of PGE_(2)αand P were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the pain time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adr in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with external application of Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the levels of prostaglandin and serum sex hormones,improve clinical symptoms,shorten the duration of pain and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
