滋阴明目方治疗阴虚火旺型病理性近视黄斑出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察阴虚火旺型病理性近视黄斑出血患者使用滋阴明目方治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月—2020年2月浙江中医药大学附属宁波市中医院接受治疗的75例病理性近视黄斑出血早期患者作为研究对象,分为常规组(37例)与观察组(38例),常规组患者口服肾上腺色腙片以及维生素,观察组患者接受滋阴明目方进行治疗,比较2组患者视力疗效、黄斑出血吸收疗效、中医证候疗效。结果观察组中医证候疗效、黄斑出血吸收疗效和视力疗效高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴明目方有显著的治疗效果,可以考虑积极推广。Objective To compare the clinical effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney prescription in early stage patients with pathological macular hemorrhage of yin deficiency and fire flourishing type.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020 in Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,75 patients with pathological myopia macular hemorrhage early as the research objects,and they were divided into conventional group and observation group.The conventional group was treated with oral adrenal lubricious hydrazone and vitamin,and observation accepted nourishing yin and tonifying kidney prescription.The visual acuity,macular hemorrhage absorption effects,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom curative effect was compared.Results The efficacy of TCM syndrome,macular bleeding absorption and visual acuity in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nourishing yin and tonifying kidney prescription has a higher therapeutic effect,so it should be promoted actively.
