针刺运动疗法联合中药敷贴治疗对周围性面神经炎预后的影响

摘　　要：目的观察急性期应用针刺运动疗法联合穴位敷贴治疗对周围性面神经炎预后的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年11月在萍乡市人民医院治疗的70例急性期周围性面神经炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组,每组35例。试验组予以针刺运动疗法联合穴位敷贴治疗,7 d后仅予以针刺运动疗法治疗,对照组仅予以针刺运动疗法治疗。于治疗前、治疗7、21 d后对2组患者进行疗效评定。结果2组病例经过相应治疗,7 d后疗效比较,试验组优良率为17.1%(6/35),高于对照组14.3%(5/35);试验组总有效率为71.4%(25/35),高于对照组60.0%(21/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。21 d后疗效比较,试验组优良率为71.4%(25/35),高于对照组57.1%(20/35);试验组总有效率为91.4%(32/35),高于对照组80.0%(28/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性期予以针刺运动疗法联合穴位敷贴治疗周围性面神经炎,对患者预后有显著疗效且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture exercise therapy combined with acupoint application on the prognosis of peripheral facial neuritis.Methods 70 patients with acute peripheral facial neuritis treated in Pingxiang People’s Hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects,which were divided into two groups by random digital table method,with 35 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with acupuncture exercise therapy combined with acupoint application,only acupuncture exercise therapy after 7 days,and only acupuncture exercise therapy in the control group.Two groups of patients were evaluated before treatment,7 days after treatment and 21 days after treatment.Results After 7 days of treatment,the rate of good and good in the experimental group was 17.1%(6/35),which was higher than that in the control group(14.3%).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 71.4%(25/35),which was higher than that of the control group(60.0%,21/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 21 days,the rate of good and good in experimental group was 71.4%(25/35),which was higher than that in control group(57.1%,20/35).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.4%(32/35),which was higher than that of the control group(80.0%,28/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture exercise therapy combined with acupoint application for peripheral facial neuritis in acute stage has significant effect on prognosis and safety,so it is worth popularizing.Acupoint application for acute peripheral facial neuritis.
