针药结合治疗肩周炎的研究进展

摘　　要：肩周炎是一种常见的慢性炎症性疾病,以肩关节疼痛,活动受限为主要特征。近年来,针药结合在肩周炎的治疗中疗效甚佳。本文通过查阅文献阐述了针药结合治疗该病的机制,并对其单纯针刺结合中药、温针结合中药、电针结合中药、灸法结合中药、穴位注射结合中药、穴位贴敷结合中药、其他疗法的临床疗效进行总结归纳,以期为针药结合医治该病提供一定参考依据。Periarthritis of shoulder is a common chronic inflammatory disease characterized by shoulder pain and limited mobility.In recent years,acupuncture combined with periarthritis has been very effective.This article explained the mechanism of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine through literature review,and its simple acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine 3.The clinical effects of other therapies are summarized and summarized,with a view to providing a certain basis for the combination of acupuncture and medicine to treat the disease.
