中医灌肠疗法治疗大肠癌的研究概况

摘　　要：大肠癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率近年来不断上升,极大地危害了我国人民的健康与生命安全。目前,其治疗主要以手术、放疗和化疗为主,但存在术后并发症多、化疗耐药、药物不良反应大等缺点。中西医结合的治疗方式能改善患者临床症状、减少不良反应、延长患者生存期,其中中医灌肠疗法效果尤为显著。本文从中医对大肠癌的认识、中医灌肠疗法的机制及中医灌肠疗法在大肠癌中的运用等方面论述了中医保留灌肠治疗大肠癌的研究概况,以期为大肠癌的临床治疗提供参考。Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in China,and its incidence has been increasing in recent years,which has greatly endangered the health and safety of our people.Colorectal cancer is mainly treated by surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but there are postoperative complications,chemotherapy resistance and other side effects.The treatment of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the side effects and prolong the survival time of patients,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema is particularly significant.This paper discusses the research situation of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of colorectal cancer from the aspects of understanding of colorectal cancer of traditional Chinese medicine,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine enema therapy and the application of traditional Chinese medicine enema therapy in colorectal cancer,in order to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer.
