水轮机余压回收带动回水加压泵的可行性分析

摘  要:针对某大高差长输热网,提出水轮机回收供水管网余压(以替代隔压热力站)带动回水加压泵方案,与设置隔压热力站方案进行技术经济性对比。热网起点为热电厂首站,终点为市区边界,在管网终点设置1号隔压热力站与市区管网间接连接。方案1:设置水轮机带动2号回水加压泵。方案2:设置水轮机、电动机带动2号回水加压泵。方案3:设置2号隔压热力站。方案1、2的1号隔压热力站低温侧供、回水温度为125、30℃,方案3为120、25℃。当热水质量流量一定时,各方案的供热能力基本一致。方案1、2的耗电量相同,方案3的耗电量高出8.6%。水轮机房比常规隔压热力站少了换热器、除污器等设备,占地面积更小。设置水轮机的管网阀门及控制节点比较多,与隔压热力站相比,存在更大的安全风险。Aiming at a long-distance heat transmission network with large height difference,the scheme for recovery of the residual pressure of the water supply pipe network with hydraulic turbine(replacing pressure insulation heating station)to drive the return water booster pump is proposed,and the technical and economical comparison is made with the scheme for setting up a pressure insulation heating station.The starting point of the heating network is the first station of the thermal power plant,and the ending point is the urban boundary.At the end of the pipe network,the No.1 pressure insulation heating station is indirectly connected to the urban pipe network.Scheme 1:the hydraulic turbine is set to drive the No.2 return water booster pump.Scheme 2:the hydraulic turbine and electric motor are set to drive the No.2 return water booster pump.Scheme 3:the No.2 pressure insulation heating station is set.The supply and return water temperatures at the low temperature side of No.1 pressure insulation heating station are 125℃and 30℃in schemes 1 and 2,and 120℃and 25℃in scheme 3.When the mass flow of hot water is constant,the heating capacity of each scheme is basically the same.The power consumption of schemes 1 and 2 is the same,and the power consumption of scheme 3 is 8.6%higher.Compared with the conventional pressure insulation heating station,the hydraulic turbine room has less equipment such as heat exchangers and decontamination devices,and it occupies a smaller area.There are more pipe network valves and control nodes for setting up hydraulic turbines,which poses a greater safety risk compared with pressure insulation heating station.
