摘　　要：受冬季环保管控的影响,安钢2800 m^(3)高炉历年的采暖季生产均会受到严重的制约,炉况顺行程度下滑。2019年的采暖季,通过不断学习兄弟单位的先进经验,根据自身生产特点,通过采取强化原燃料管理、针对性调整高炉操作制度以及确保设备的正常运行等措施,实现了炉况的基本稳定顺行,完成了公司生产计划。Affected by the environmental protection control in winter,the production of 2800 m3 blast furnace in Anyang iron and steel co.will be severely restricted in the heating season over the years,and the smooth operation of the furnace will decline.In the heating season of 2019,through continuous learning from the advanced experience of the brother units and according to their own production characteristics,the basic stable and smooth operation of the furnace condition was realized through measures such as strengthening the management of original fuel,adjusting the blast furnace operation system in a targeted manner and ensuring the normal operation of equipment,and the company's production plan was successfully completed.
