摘　　要：扇形段框架的使用性能一直困扰着板坯连铸机的正常生产,频繁发生扇形段非计划停机下线,影响了产品质量的稳定,制约了生产水平的发挥。针对扇形段在线使用寿命短这一问题,进行了分析、改造,解决生产“瓶颈”,为板坯连铸机的优质高产提供了有力支撑。The use performance of the sector frame has always troubled the normal production of slab caster,and Frequent occurrence of unplanned shutdown affects the stability of product quality and restricts the play of production level.Aiming at the problem of short online service life of the sector section,it is analyzed and reformed to solve the production"bottleneck"and provide a strong support for the high quality and high yield of the slab caste.
