摘　　要：目的探讨防旋型股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)、外支架固定、人工股骨头置换3种治疗方式对老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果。方法采用该院2017年2月—2019年9月接收的66例股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式将患者划为3组,A组为患者使用PFNA治疗法,B组为患者使用外支架固定法,C组为患者使用人工股骨头置换术,比较3组患者并发症发生率、手术情况、髋关节功能情况。结果A组患者并发症发生率为13.64%,手术时间为(30.07±5.58)min,术中出血量为(92.57±10.51)mL,髋关节功能评分为(69.27±10.36)分,显著优于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PFNA手术方式在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的治疗效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,改善患者髋关节功能,对患者术后恢复具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of three treatment methods of anti-rotation proximal femoral intramedullary nail(PFNA),external stent fixation,and artificial femoral head replacement on elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods The 66 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures received by the hospital from February 2017 to September 2019 were used as the research objects.The patients were divided into 3 groups according to the treatment method.Group A was the patient using PFNA therapy,and group B was the patient using external stent fixation,group C used artificial femoral head replacement for the patients,and compared the complication rate,operation status,and hip joint function of the 3 groups.Results The complication rate of group A was 13.64%,the operation time was(30.07±5.58)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(92.57±10.51)mL,and the hip joint function score was(69.27±10.36)points,which was significantly better than group B and group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA surgery has a significant therapeutic effect in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.It can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the hip joint function of the patients,and has a positive significance for the postoperative recovery of the patients.
