摘 要:目的分析早产儿分娩后早期补充维生素对其免疫系统的影响。方法该院在2019年2—12月收治了60例早产儿,以随机数表法作为分组依据,分别分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组患儿通过常规的奶粉进行喂养,观察组患儿以对照组为基础,出生后第3天开始补充维生素D,连续补充1周,对比两组早产儿的血清中Ca、血清中P、25-(OH)D水平及IgA、IgM、IgG、IL-2水平。结果观察组患儿的血清中Ca、血清中P、25-(OH)D水平分别为(2.29±0.19)、(1.47±0.20)、(31.76±3.95)mmol/L,对照组患儿的血清中Ca、血清中P、25-(OH)D水平分别为(2.06±0.20)、(1.01±0.10)、(25.26±4.16)mmol/L,观察组的血清中Ca、血清中P、25-(OH)D水平高于对照组早产儿,差异有统计学意义(t=4.567、11.268、6.206,P<0.05);观察组早产儿的IgA、IgM、IgG、IL-2水平分别为(0.05±0.03)、(0.21±0.09)、(8.04±1.43)g/L、(4.68±0.95)pg/L,对照组早产儿的IgA、IgM、IgG、IL-2水平分别为(0.09±0.02)、(0.12±0.10)、(7.65±1.30)g/L、(3.36±0.85)pg/L,观察组早产儿的IgA、IgM、IgG、IL-2水平高于对照组早产儿,差异有统计学意义(t=6.076、3.664、2.777、5.672,P<0.05)。结论早产儿通过早期补充维生素,可以有效改善免疫指标,可以大大提升早产儿的免疫力,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of vitamin supplementation on the immune system of premature infants early after delivery.Methods From February to December 2019,a total of 60 premature infants were admitted to the hospital.Based on the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The children in the control group were fed with regular milk powder,and the children in the observation group were based on the control group and started to supplement with vitamin D on the third day after birth.Supplement for one week,compared the serum Ca,serum P,25-(OH)D levels and IgA,IgM,IgG,IL-2 levels of the two groups of premature infants.Results The serum Ca,serum P and 25-(OH)D levels of the observation group were(2.29±0.19)mmol/L,(1.47±0.20)mmol/L,(31.76±3.95)mmol/L,respectively,the serum Ca,serum P,25-(OH)D levels of the control group were(2.06±0.20)mmol/L,(1.01±0.10)mmol/L,(25.26±4.16)mmol/L,the serum Ca,serum P and 25-(OH)D levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group for preterm infants.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.567,11.268,6.206,P<0.05);IgA,IgM,IgG,and IL-2 levels of premature infants in the observation group were(0.05±0.03)g/L,(0.21±0.09)g/L,(8.04±1.43)g/L,(4.68±0.95)pg/L,the levels of IgA,IgM,IgG,and IL-2 in preterm infants in the control group were(0.09±0.02)g/L,(0.12±0.10)g/L,(7.65±1.30)g/L,(3.36±0.85)pg/L,the levels of IgA,IgM,IgG,and IL-2 in preterm infants in the observation group were higher than those in preterm infants in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.076,3.664,2.777,5.672,P<0.05).Conclusion Early vitamin supplementation in premature infants can effectively improve immune indicators and greatly enhance the immunity of premature infants.It is worthy of promotion.
