摘  要:肠道疾病是引发新生仔猪健康问题的主要原因,关注新生仔猪肠道健康对提高仔猪存活率和提高母猪年提供断奶仔猪数具有重要意义。乳寡糖(Milk oligosaccharides,MO)作为母乳中的生物活性因子,其化学结构和分泌特点不同于其他寡糖,赋予乳寡糖对新生期动物肠道健康的重要作用,已成为幼龄动物肠道健康领域的研究热点和前沿。文章综述了乳寡糖对仔猪肠道健康的调控效应及机理,为改善仔猪新生期的肠道健康提供参考。Intestinal diseases are the main cause of intestinal health problems for newborn piglets,and it is of great significance to improve the survival rate of piglets and increase the number of weaned piglets provided by the sow per year via targeting the intestinal health of newborn piglets.Milk Oligosaccharides(MO)are biologically active simple sugar that can be found in high concentrations exclusively in breast milk.Its chemical structure and secretion characteristics are different from other oligosaccharides,which raises MO as an important player in the intestinal health of newborn animals and has received growing awareness in the regulation of intestinal health.The regulatory effects and mechanisms of MO on piglet's intestinal health were reviewed,and provides insights into the nutritional solutions for improving intestinal health of newborn piglets were provided.
