摘 要:为了研究复合微生物添加剂对肉鸡生产性能、免疫功能和屠宰性能的影响,选用600只50日龄三黄鸡,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复30只。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,1~4组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%和1.0%复合微生物添加剂A(由乳酸菌、丁酸梭菌、双歧杆菌组成)和B(由嗜酸乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、粪肠球菌组成)饲喂。结果试验组肉鸡平均日增重、成活率、血清中IgA、IgG和IgM含量、屠体重、屠宰率、全净膛率和半净膛率不同程度高于对照组,料肉比降低。表明在饲料中添加复合微生物添加剂可以提高肉鸡生产性能,增强免疫功能,有改善屠宰性能趋势,以添加1.0%复合微生物添加剂B效果较好。In order to investigate the effects of compound microbial additives on the production and slaughter performance,and immune function of broilers,600 fifty-day-old Sanhuang chickens were randomly divided into five groups with four replicates per group and 30 chickens per replicate.Group 1 was the control group,which was fed only basal diet,and the other four groups were the experimental groups,which were fed either the basal diet supplemented with 0.5% or 1.0% compound microbial additives of A(which consists of Lactobacillus,Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium) and B(which consists of Lactobacillus acidophilus,Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecilus),respectively.The results showed that,the average aaily gain,survival rate,the serum IgA,IgG and IgM content,carcass weight,slaughter rate,eviscerated rate and half-eviscerated rate of broilers in experimental group were higher than that of the control group,however,the feed to meat ratio was lower in the treatment group compared to the control group.These results indicated that,the addition of compound microbial additive to feed improved the production and slaughter performance,and enhance immune function of broilers,however,adding 1.0% compound microbial additive B had the best effect on broilers.
