摘  要:测评试卷必须保证是一把“正常的尺子”,否则就失去了评价的意义和检验的作用。基于学科关键能力的考试命题设计理念,重在发挥诊断性功能,能修正试题并提升命题教师的专业水平;基于学科关键能力的质量分析模型,重在发挥导向性功能,为区校两级教研教学改进提供思路。本文以初中八年级科学学科期末测评卷为例,以“目标导向”顶层架构质量分析,开展命题设计、命题评估以及质量分析研究。The evaluation paper must be a“normal ruler”,otherwise it will lose the significance of evaluation and the role of inspection.The design concept of the examination questions based on core course competencies focuses on the diagnostic function and improve the professional ability of the proposition teachers;the mass analysis model based on core course competencies focuses on the guiding function and provide different prospects for the improvement of teaching and research at the district and school levels.This paper takes the Grade 8 science final exam as an example to carry out the“reverse design”of the mass analysis,proposition design,and proposition evaluation.
