大学生家庭休闲涉入、心理健康与家庭休闲满意度的关系研究

摘　　要：家庭休闲已经成为现代生活结构中的重要组成部分,是人们非常重要的现实需求。文章通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,构建了大学生家庭休闲涉入、心理健康与家庭休闲满意度的理论关系模型,并以网络问卷调查数据为基础,采用结构方程模型,对研究假设进行实证检验。研究发现:大学生家庭休闲涉入对心理健康和家庭休闲满意度具有显著的正向影响;大学生心理健康显著正向影响家庭休闲满意度;大学生心理健康在家庭休闲涉入和家庭休闲满意度之间具有部分中介作用。揭示大学生家庭休闲涉入对家庭休闲满意度影响的心理作用机制,有助于大学生及其家人更好地理解家庭休闲的内涵和作用,从而重视家庭休闲活动的开展,不断提升家庭生活满意度和幸福感。Family leisure has become an important part of modern life and a very important realistic demand for people.By systematically combing the relevant literatures at home and abroad,the article constructs a theoretical relationship model of college students'involvement in family leisure,mental health and family leisure satisfaction.Based on the data collected through online questionnaire,the structural equation model(SEM)is used to empirically verify the research hypothesis.The study shows that:College students'involvement in family leisure has a significant positive impact on mental health and family leisure satisfaction;College students'mental health has a significant positive impact on family leisure satisfaction;College students'mental health has a partial intermediate role between their involvement in family leisure and family leisure satisfaction.Revealing the psychological mechanism of the impact of college students'family leisure involvement on family leisure satisfaction will help college students and their families to better understand the connotation and function of family leisure,so as to attach importance to family leisure activities and continuously improve family life satisfaction and sense of happiness.
