摘 要:提出一种光伏发电系统半波与全波有功注入阻尼控制方法,以抑制电力系统低频振荡。介绍了光伏电站半波与全波阻尼注入控制的基本原理,在光伏电站减载和最大功率跟踪运行工况下抑制电力系统低频振荡,提出“增益+滤波+相位补偿”的链式阻尼控制结构,并给出各主要参数的设计原则和取值范围。研究了半波与全波有功注入阻尼控制支路控制增益、光伏与传统电源的电气距离等参数对阻尼效果的影响机理和规律。以含光伏发电的2区4机系统为例,研究半波与全波有功注入阻尼控制对电力系统频率振荡的抑制效果,当振荡频率变化时,系统的控制结构和参数设计原则具有良好的鲁棒性。A half-wave and full-wave active power injection damping control method for photovoltaic power stations is proposed to suppress the low-frequency oscillation of the power systems.Based on the basic principle of half-wave and full-wave damping injection control for photovoltaic power stations,the low frequency oscillation of power system is suppressed under load shedding and maximum power tracking operation conditions of photovoltaic power station.A cascaded damping control composed of"gain,filtering and phase compensation"is put forward,and the design principles and value ranges of the main parameters are given.The influences of the control gain of half-wave and full-wave active power injection damping control branch,electrical distance between photovoltaic generator and traditional power supply and other parameters on damping effect are studied.Taking a four-machine two-area power system with photovoltaic generators as an example,the suppression effect of half-wave and full-wave active power injection damping control on power system frequency oscillation is studied.The control structure and parameter design principle proposed show good robustness when the oscillation frequency changes.
