摘  要:高含水油田断层边部开发难在断层认识、潜力识别、精准钻井、驱动能量保障及套损防控等方面,方案设计必须体现整体性,否则开发后期的剩余油“甜点”将无法得到有效开发。文中以SBFD区为例,通过特殊潜力筛选和制定挖潜界限优选断层附近开发潜力区,通过断层结构精细刻画和内部构型认识实现井轨迹贴近断面,通过优化高效井井型和方位确保高效井的轨迹设计最优,通过优化注采井网、射孔方式、油水井协同调整减缓产量递减速度,通过分析断层附近套损成因和承压界限规避断层区套损风险,总结形成了一套较为完整的断层边部挖潜技术。投产后,SBFD区高效井产量达到周围井的7倍以上,实现了断层区的精准部署和科学开发,对其他同类区块后期挖潜具有一定的借鉴意义。The development of fault edge in high water cut oilfield is difficult in five aspects:fault recognition,potential identification,precision drilling,driving energy protection and casing damage prevention and control.The design must reflect the integrity.Otherwise,the"sweet spot"of remaining oil in the later stage of development will not be effectively extracted.Taking SBFD area as an example,this paper optimizes the potential near the fault through special potential screening and formulation of potential tapping limit,realizes the well trajectory close to the fault section through accurate fault structure characterization and internal configuration understanding,ensures the optimal design trajectory of high-efficiency well by optimizing the well type and orientation of high-efficiency well,and slows down the rate of production decline by optimizing the injection-production well pattern,perforating mode,injection and production well coordination.Through the analysis of the causes of casing damage near the fault and the pressure limit to avoid the risk of casing damage in the fault area,a relatively complete set of high-efficiency well development technology at the fault edge is summarized and formed.The production of high-efficiency wells in SBFD area is more than 7 times that of the surrounding wells,realizes the accurate deployment of the fault zone and the scientific development,and has a certain reference meaning for potential tapping of other similar blocks.
