摘  要:云南红骨绵羊是在青藏高原区域畜禽遗传资源调查过程中发现的地方绵羊品种。为分析云南红骨绵羊的屠宰性能,选择相同饲养管理条件下的17只红骨绵羊(7只周岁羊、10只成年羊),测定其屠宰性能及体尺指标,并进行了相关性分析。结果显示,成年红骨绵羊公羊和母羊的宰前体重、胴体重、屠宰率分别为40.25 kg、19.40 kg、47.67%和34.19 kg、14.20 kg、41.94%,周岁红骨绵羊公羊和母羊的宰前体重、胴体重、屠宰率分别为29.20 kg、13.63 kg、47.00%和28.13 kg、12.23 kg、43.79%。成年红骨绵羊的宰前活重、肝脏重、肺脏重和胃重显著高于周岁红骨绵羊(P<0.05),大肠重和大肠长度极显著高于周岁红骨绵羊(P<0.01)。红骨绵羊公羊的屠宰率和蹄重极显著高于母羊(P<0.01),净肉率、骨重和额长显著高于母羊(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,周岁和成年红骨绵羊的活重、胴体重、净肉重间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);周岁羊的胸深与活重间呈显著正相关(P<0.05),成年羊的体长与活重、净肉重间均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),体长与胴体重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),胸深与活重、胴体重均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),胸深与净肉重、体高、体长间均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);周岁和成年红骨绵羊的心脏重与活重均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),头重与蹄重呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。说明云南红骨绵羊是属于生长发育较快和产肉性能较好的地方遗传资源。Yunnan Red Bone sheep was found during the genetic resources investigation in regions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.In order to analyze the slaughtering production performance of Yunnan Red Bone sheep,17 sheep(7 one-year-old sheep and 10 adult sheep)were selected under the same feeding and management conditions,and their slaughter,body size,organs,head and hoof were measured,and the correlation analysis was carried out.The results showed that the pre-slaughter weight,carcass weight and dressing percentage of adult Red Bone ram and ewe were 40.25 kg,19.40 kg,47.67%and 34.19 kg,14.20 kg,41.94%,respectively.The pre-slaughter weight,carcass weight and dressing percentage of one-year-old ram and ewe were 29.20 kg,13.63 kg,47.00%and 28.13 kg,12.23 kg,43.79%,respectively.The live weight,liver weight,lung weight,stomach weight and forehead length of adult Red Bone sheep before slaughter were significantly higher than those of one-year-old Red Bone sheep(P<0.05).The weight and length of large intestine of adult Red Bone sheep were significantly higher than those of one-year-old Red Bone sheep(P<0.01).The slaughtering rate and hoof weight of Red Bone ram were significantly higher than those of ewe(P<0.01),and the net meat percentage,bone weight and forehead length of Red Bone ram were significantly higher than those of ewe(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that live weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of one-year-old and adult Red Bone sheep were positively correlated with each other(P<0.01).Chest depth was positively correlated with live weight(P<0.05),body length of adult sheep was positively correlated with live weight and net meat weight(P<0.05),and positively correlated with carcass weight(P<0.01).Chest depth was positively correlated with live weight and carcass weight(P<0.01),and positively correlated with net meat weight,body height and body length(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between heart weight and live weight(P<0.05)and a significant positive correlation between head weight and ho
