云上黑山羊成年母羊屠宰性能及其相关性分析

摘　　要：为进一步丰富云上黑山羊的育种数据,对20只云上黑山羊成年母羊的屠宰性能进行了测定,并对其进行了相关性分析。结果表明,云上黑山羊成年母羊体重54.54 kg,屠宰率50.60%,胴体净肉率82.38%,具备良好的产肉性能;不同年龄云上黑山羊成年母羊屠宰性能间存在一定差异,但屠宰率不受年龄影响;相关性分析显示,云上黑山羊屠宰性状间有9个呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),3个呈显著正相关(P<0.05),7个呈负相关(P>0.05);依据宰前活重(X)分别建立了预测胴体重(Y)的回归方程为Y=0.562X-2.999(R^(2)=0.923,P<0.01),预测净肉重(Y)的回归方程为Y=0.196X+0.053(R^(2)=0.822,P<0.01)。In order to study on slaughter performance and correlation between slaughter traits in adult ewe of Yunshang Black goat,20 adult ewes’slaughter performance were measured and correlation analysis of the slaughter traits were performed.The results showed that the body weight of Yunshang Black goat was 54.54 kg,the slaughter percentage was 50.60%,carcass net meat percentage was 82.38%,and meat production performance of Yunshang Black goat was good.There were certain differences in slaughter performance among adult ewes of different ages,but the slaughter rate was not affected by age.Correlation analysis showed that there were 9 extremely significant positive correlations(P<0.01),3 significant positive correlations(P<0.05)and 7 negative correlations(P>0.05)among slaughtering traits.According to the live weight(X),the regression equations for predicting the carcass weight(Y)was Y=0.562X-2.999(R2=0.923,P<0.01),and the net meat weight(Y)was Y=0.196X+0.053(R2=0.822,P<0.01).
