摘  要:为进一步研究蒙药对畜产品主要病源菌的体外抑菌作用,筛选抑菌活性较高的蒙药复方。采用牛津杯法和两倍稀释法测定了15种单味蒙药对沙门氏菌抑菌圈直径、体外的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明,宝日·温度苏、朝您·哈日莫各2个单味蒙药对沙门氏菌具有较强的抑菌作用,抑菌环直径大于15.00 mm,最大达20.85 mm,同时摸索确定了5种不同的蒙药复方。In order to further study the in vitro bacteriostatic effect of Mongolian medicine on the main pathogenic bacteria of animal products,the diameter of the inhibition zone of 15 Mongolian medicines against Salmonella was measured by the Oxford Cup method.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)in vitro.There were 2 kinds of Mongolian medicines which had a good antibacterial effect on Salmonella.The diameter of the bacteriostatic ring was greater than 15.00 mm and the maximum was 20.85 mm.Five kinds of Mongolian medicine compounds had a good antibacterial effect in vitro.
