4种药物不同应用方法对湖羊乳房炎治疗效果观察

摘　　要：为获得湖羊乳房炎的最佳治疗药物和方法,以周边湖羊场发生的乳房炎病例为研究对象,将4种试验药物7种治疗方案用于不同注射部位,分别为Ⅰ组(青霉素钠)、Ⅱ组(硫酸头孢喹肟)、Ⅲ组(链霉素)、Ⅳ组(银黄注射液)、Ⅴ组(银黄注射液+青霉素钠)、Ⅵ组(银黄注射液+硫酸头孢喹肟)、Ⅶ组(银黄注射液+链霉素),各治疗方案分别进行肌肉注射和乳房灌注。结果显示,规定剂量下试验Ⅵ组乳房灌注法效果最佳。说明中药(银黄注射液)和抗生素联合用药对湖羊乳房炎有良好的疗效。In order to obtain the best treatment drug and treatment method of mastitis in Hu sheep,mastitis cases occurred around the field of Hu sheep as the object,4 kinds of test drug combinations for the treatment of 7 acted on different injection sites.Group Ⅰ(penicillin sodium),group Ⅱ(cefquinome sufate),group Ⅲ(streptomycin),group Ⅳ(Yin-huang injection),group Ⅴ(Yinhuang injection+penicillin sodium),group Ⅵ(Yin-huang injection+cefquinome sufate),group Ⅶ(Yin-huang injection and streptomycin),each treatment was performed by intramuscular injection and breast perfusion.The results showed that best effect of breast perfusion method in group Ⅵ on the prescribed dose.In conclusion,the traditional Chinese medicine(Yinhuang injection)combine with antibiotic had good curative effect on mastitis in Hu sheep.
