摘 要:为研究埋植褪黑激素对藏西北绒山羊周岁羔羊产绒性能和毛囊发育的影响,选取1日龄体况相近的绒山羊羔羊30只,随机分为2组,每组15只。对照组羔羊不做任何处理,试验组羔羊分别于15、75和135日龄埋植褪黑激素(剂量为2 mg/kg BW)。记录羊只周岁抓绒前的体重,抓绒时记录产绒量,并采集绒毛和皮肤样品,分析羊绒长度、细度及毛囊发育情况。结果表明,褪黑激素对周岁羊抓绒前体重和绒毛细度没有显著影响(P>0.05),但能极显著提高其产绒量和绒毛长度(P<0.01);褪黑激素对周岁羊初级毛囊密度和成熟次级毛囊密度没有显著影响(P>0.05),但能极显著地提高其次级毛囊密度、次级毛囊与初级毛囊数目比和成熟次级毛囊与初级毛囊数目比(P<0.01)。说明藏西北绒山羊羔羊埋植褪黑激素能够促进其周岁时的毛囊发育,提升产绒性能。In order to study the effects of melatonin implantation in Tibetan cashmere goats at juvenile on cashmere production and hair follicle development at one year old.Thirty 1-day-old Tibetan cashmere goats with similar body condition were randomly divided into two groups with 15 lambs in each group.Lambs in control group did not receive any treatment,and lambs in melatonin treatment group were implanted with melatonin(2 mg/kg BW)at 15,75,and 135 days of age,respectively.The body weight before fleece was recorded at the first year of life,and the cashmere production was recorded during fleecing.Cashmere and skin samples were collected to analyze the quality of cashmere and the development of hair follicles.The results showed that melatonin implantation had no effect on body weight and cashmere fineness before fleecing(P>0.05),but significantly increased the production and length of cashmere(P<0.01);melatonin implantation had no effect on the density of primary hair follicle and mature secondary hair follicle of one-year-old goats(P>0.05),but significantly increased the density and proportion of secondary hair follicles and the proportion of mature secondary hair follicle(P<0.01).It is concluded that melatonin implantation in Tibetan cashmere goats can promote the development of hair follicle and improve the performance of cashmere production of one-year-old goats.
