摘 要:近几年来,大庆地区连续发生大洪水,该地区采用的设计洪水成果直接涉及到整个大庆地区防洪工程体系的规模。肇兰新河流域设计流量简化算法,实际上是以青肯泡蓄滞洪区设计最大30d洪量径流深成果作为基础模型,采用大庆地区概化过程线方法,推求不同的山丘区和平原区组合洪水成果。经过实际检验,结果证明该简化算法适用于山丘区面积占总集水面积的比值(F坡/F)≤50%情况,即平原区面积占总集水面积的比值(F平/F)≥50%情况,若(F坡/F)>50%或(F平/F)<50%,建议采用多种方法综合比较后合理选用。In recent years,large floods have occurred continuously in Daqing area.The design flood results adopted in this area are directly related to the scale of flood control engineering system in Daqing area.In fact,the simplified algorithm for the design flow of Zhaolan New River basin is based on the design results of maximum 30d flood volume runoff depth in Qingkenbao flood storage and detention area,and the generalized process line method in Daqing area is adopted to deduce the combined flood results in different hilly and plain areas.The results show that the simplified algorithm is suitable for the ratio of mountain area to total catchment area(F slope/F)≤50%,that is,the ratio of plain area to total catchment area(Fplain/F)is≥50%.If the slope(Fslope/F)>50%or(F plain/F)<50%,it is suggested to use a variety of methods after comprehensive comparison and reasonable selection.
