摘　　要：文章以实际工程经验和泵站实际运行为依托,得出黄河水的泥沙磨蚀和柴草杂质堵塞严重,而水泵选型是否合理,直接影响了水泵寿命和泵站效率;一般水泵选型的要点,必须满足流量和扬程需求,但是抽黄泵站应增加2条:①满足转速要求;②满足结构要求。文章从这两大方面分别探讨了减缓或避免离心泵泥沙磨蚀和淤堵问题,而转速和结构设计是水泵选型的关键因素,故黄河多泥沙泵站水泵选型从转速上要求,宜降低水泵转速,才能有效减少水泵过流部件磨损和汽蚀;从结构上要求,水泵叶轮等过流部件材质采用铸钢并涂敷耐磨防护层;水泵叶片数一般取4-7片,但在多泥沙水质中,须兼顾叶轮通过杂物能力,一般选取6片较为适合;口环选用单密封环型式时,口环硬度要低于叶轮,能更好地保护叶轮;若选用双密封环型式,口环采用耐磨蚀性材料,在口环表面喷焊Ni60耐磨涂层等,能延长使用寿命。Based on the actual engineering experience and the actual operation of the pumping stations,this paper concludes that the sediment erosion of the Yellow River water and the blockage of firewood and grass impurities are serious,and whether the pump selection is reasonable or not.It directly affects the life of the pump and the efficiency of the pumping station;the main points of general pump selection must meet the demand of flow and head,but two should be added to the pumping station,one is to meet the requirement of rotational speed.The second is to meet the structural requirements;from these two aspects,this paper discusses how to slow down or avoid the sediment erosion and blockage of the centrifugal pump,and the rotational speed and structure design are the key factors for pump selection,so the pump selection of the Yellow River multi-sediment pumping station is required from the rotational speed,and the pump speed should be reduced in order to effectively reduce the wear and cavitation of the over-flow parts of the pump.From the structural requirements,the overflowing parts such as water pump impeller are made of cast steel and coated with wear-resistant protective layer;the number of pump blades is generally 4-7,but in silty water quality,the impeller's ability to pass through sundries must be taken into account,and generally 6 pieces are more suitable;when the mouth ring is selected with a single sealing ring,the hardness of the mouth ring is lower than that of the impeller,which can better protect the impeller.If the double sealing ring type is selected,the mouth ring is made of wear-resistant material,and the Ni60 wear-resistant coating is sprayed on the surface of the mouth ring,the service life can be prolonged.
